Hippo and Giraffe

This simple story about kindness and inclusion describes how Hippo and Giraffe are having a talk. While Hippo only sees how different they are from each other, Giraffe helps her see that although they ARE different, they share many similarities as well.

"I have to look up so high in the skies," said Hippo, "I can't even look in your eyes!"

"That's not a problem," Graffe said to her friend. "I can look in your eyes, all I do is just bend!"

After feeling more included, Hippo is happy with their similarities AND differences, for "that is what makes me ME, and you YOU!"
