How do I book a VR session?
You can book your VR session online through our website by selecting your preferred date, time, and experience. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

How many people can participate in a VR session?
Each VR room can accommodate up to 6 players at a time.

What are your VR session rates?
Our rates start at $25 for 30 minutes and $40 for an hour on weekdays. Weekend rates are $30 for 30 minutes and $50 for an hour.

What is free-roam VR?
Free-roam VR allows you to physically walk around a designated space while fully immersed in the virtual world. Unlike traditional seated VR, free-roam VR provides a more interactive and realistic experience, giving you the freedom to explore and move naturally.

What should I wear for VR?
Closed-toed shoes are required for safety during free-roam VR experiences. Otherwise, wear whatever you’re comfortable in! We recommend avoiding restrictive clothing or accessories that might interfere with movement or the headset.

Can I pause a session?
Pausing a session is not recommended, as it can disrupt the flow of gameplay and reduce the overall experience. We urge players to use the restroom or take care of other needs before the session begins. If a pause is unavoidable, let our staff know, and they will assist as best they can.

What if I get motion sickness?
VR experiences are designed to minimize motion sickness, but some individuals may still feel discomfort. If you are prone to motion sickness, let our staff know—they can help you choose a game or experience that’s less likely to cause issues. Additionally, breaks between gameplay can help.

Can I play multiple games in one session?
Each session is dedicated to a single game. The first person to book the session sets the game for that time slot.

What age groups can participate in VR?
VR experiences are suitable for ages 8 and up. Younger participants may need parental supervision.

Do I need prior experience with VR?
Not at all! Our staff will guide you through the process to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.

Can I wear glasses with the VR headset?
Yes, most VR headsets are designed to accommodate glasses. If you’re concerned about comfort, ask our staff for assistance.

How do I know if VR is safe for me?
VR is generally safe for most people. However, if you have a history of seizures, dizziness, or other medical conditions, consult with a physician before participating.
